Welcome to Peach State Glass. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the automotive glass services provided by Peach State Glass (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Suwanee, GA. By scheduling an appointment or utilizing our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services Provided
Peach State Glass specializes in automotive glass repair and replacement. All services are performed by trained technicians using industry-standard materials.
2. Payment Terms

Individual Customers: A deposit is required upfront to secure your appointment and order materials. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Insurance Claims: If services are processed through an insurance provider, the balance is due Net 30 days from the date of service.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards, Cash, and Checks.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Fees

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee: If an order is cancelled after materials have been ordered or custom-cut, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee: * Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a $75 fee.

For appointments booked within a 24-hour window, a 30-minute grace period from the time of booking is provided to cancel without penalty. After 30 minutes, the $75 fee applies.

No fees apply for changes made more than 24 hours in advance.

4. Limited Lifetime Warranty
Peach State Glass provides a Lifetime Warranty on glass replacement or repair regarding:

Water or air leaks.

Defects in the specific parts repaired or replaced.
Exclusions: This warranty applies only to work performed by Peach State Glass. It does not cover new damage occurring after service, including but not limited to:

Chips, cracks, or breaks caused by road debris or outside impact.

Damage resulting from accidents or extreme weather.
-
Damage caused by intentional acts or negligence by the owner.
5. Liability Limits & Pre-existing Conditions
Peach State Glass is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions. By booking service, the Customer acknowledges that some damage may not be visible until removal begins. Pre-existing conditions include, but are not limited to:

Rust or corrosion around windshield/window frames.

Previously damaged or improperly repaired vehicles.

Brittle moldings, clips, trim, or panels.

Weak or deteriorated glass or existing stress cracks.

Aging regulators or mechanical components.
If additional repairs are required to complete the installation safely, the technician will notify the Customer immediately. Additional charges for these repairs may apply.
6. Communication
By providing your contact information, you agree to be contacted by Peach State Glass via phone, email, or text message regarding your service, appointment reminders, and billing.
7. Disputes and Claims
For any disputes, warranty claims, or concerns regarding your service, please contact us immediately.

8. Governing Law
